Great to meet you!

I’m dedicated to helping individuals heal from the lasting impact of trauma. I have a special focus on supporting first responders and those affected by narcissistic abuse, and I understand how complex and isolating these experiences can be. If you’re feeling alone in your pain or misunderstood by others, I’m here to support you as you work through the impact of what you’ve experienced and reconnect with strength and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change by working together to uncover patterns shaped by past experiences and build a more empowered, resilient perspective. Whether you’re carrying the weight of trauma or the demands of serving others, your experiences deserve recognition and meaningful support.

To support that journey, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR—tailoring each method to fit your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're on the frontlines or navigating the aftermath of trauma, you face unique challenges. The weight of trauma, emotional exhaustion, burnout, and the strain on your mental well-being can feel overwhelming. I'll offer your space to process your experiences and find healing. I’ll walk with you every step of the way. I am also in-network with Scott & White Health Plans (BS&W). I am also licensed in Idaho.
