Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Gary, and I'm so glad you're here. I enjoy connecting with people and helping them navigate life's challenges. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and understood.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to make the process feel comfortable and collaborative. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, burnout, or a major life transition, I'm here to walk alongside you. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide evidence-based therapy in a warm, nonjudgmental environment. My approach is individualized and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is a partnership where you can feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. My goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, and create lasting changes that align with your values and the life you want to live. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey toward healing and greater well-being.
