Great to meet you!

You deserve to feel secure in yourself and your relationships. If you've spent months or even years caught in cycles that keep you from the life you want, I'm here to help you move past those stuck points.

My practice is focused on working with adults who are ready to dismantle the patterns and beliefs that have held them back. Whether you are navigating the impact of trauma, struggling with boundaries, breaking through generational cycles, emerging from the fog of abuse, fighting anxiety, or simply feeling stuck in your life, I provide a grounded, direct approach to help you reclaim your sense of self.

As a Christian counselor, I recognize that faith and spirituality can often be core components of healing. I also understand spirituality can mean a multitude of things for different people and is a very personal aspect of the human experience. I am fully committed to respectfully incorporating these elements into our sessions in whatever manner feels most appropriate for you, honoring your unique beliefs and comfort level throughout our work together.

My approach to therapy

We will focus on the work that actually matters: understanding how your past experiences influence your current reality and building the tools you need to shift those dynamics. I use evidence-based approaches—including DBT, EMDR, IFS, and somatic techniques—to help you process trauma, work through shame, change limiting beliefs, and build lasting self-esteem and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to carry these burdens alone. I offer a space that is compassionate, personalized, and non-judgmental—a safe place for you to be exactly who you are. If you are ready to do the work to build a more authentic, manageable life, please reach out. There is real hope for change, and I would be honored to support you in that process.
