Most people who reach out have already spent a long time trying to push through it on their own. Maybe things look functional from the outside, but underneath something feels off, stuck, or harder than it should be. That gap between how things look and how they actually feel is often exactly where therapy begins. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, substance use, and the kind of stress that never fully lets up. I also support people through grief, family strain, and significant life transitions. My work includes a particular focus on men who are ready to understand themselves differently and build something more sustainable than just getting by.
