Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should be as human as it is clinical. I specialize in working with neurodivergent kids, teens, and their parents, as well as those navigating chronic illness and life transitions. As a mom of a child with Type 1 diabetes, I understand the unique challenges that come when life hands you something you didn’t plan for — and I know how to help you carry it. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatry with integrative, whole-person care, and yes, we might even laugh in session (mental health is heavy enough; a little humor goes a long way)

My approach to therapy

I see you as more than a diagnosis. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic, meaning we’ll address your mind, body, and environment, not just your symptoms. We’ll work together to understand your story, uncover what’s getting in the way of your peace, and create a plan that feels realistic and supportive. Sometimes that means medication, sometimes lifestyle and mindset shifts, and often both. I want you to leave each session feeling heard, equipped, and hopeful, like you’ve got someone in your corner who truly gets it.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to feel lighter, more hopeful, and empowered to create lasting change.
