Great to meet you!

Over 25 years of dedicated experience in clinical social work, specializing in supporting adults, children, adolescents, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in assessing and treating trauma, addressing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and navigating life transitions. My approach is rooted in decolonization, wellness, integrating various healing modalities to help people thrive despite the effects of chronic stress, and the numerous barriers to accessing care.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe and healing environment for individuals to explore and transform life patterns. My trauma-informed approach emphasizes strengths and wellness, recognizing that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I incorporate various modalities—Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, movement, art therapy, yoga-the emphasis placed on what is being described as a decolonized approach. Together, we discover what works best for you within the systems you are operating in.

What you can expect from me

Your life and experiences are unique and part of a collective. There are systemic injustices that disrupt our ability to recognize patterns, identify barriers and explore growth. How you have incorporated said experiences are important to examine with compassion.

I meet you where you are, wherever you may be on life's journey.
