Great to meet you!

For the past 18 years, I have worked as a therapist helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, healing, and self-understanding. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and overwhelm, especially those who may appear strong on the outside while feeling exhausted, stuck, or emotionally drained inside. My goal is to offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

In our work together, we focus on building insight, practical coping tools, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself so that healing feels possible and sustainable.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and effective. Whether you are processing trauma, managing anxiety, navigating ADHD, or recovering from burnout, I work to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel safe and understood. Together we work to explore the patterns shaped by past experiences while developing tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for you to share what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping might change. We’ll move at a comfortable pace while beginning to explore how therapy can support you.
