Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Heather Endriss, PMHNP-BC, NNP-BC. For years I’ve cared for families and tiny patients in the NICU, and today I bring that steady, compassionate presence to mental health care for adults—especially NICU and perinatal parents, healthcare workers, and first responders. Clients see me for anxiety, depression, burnout, moral injury, trauma/PTSD, sleep issues, and grief.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. We’ll pair skill-building therapies (CBT/REBT, mindfulness, Polyvagal-informed regulation) with thoughtful medication management when it’s indicated. I also have advanced training in clinical hypnosis and use it as a gentle, focused tool for pain, stress, habits, and trauma-related symptoms.

What you can expect from me

You’ll leave with a clear plan, practical tools you can use the same day, and a sense of steadying momentum. We’ll pair evidence-based skills (CBT-style thought tools, nervous-system regulation, brief hypnosis techniques) with thoughtful medication decisions when helpful. Expect fewer symptom spikes, better sleep and focus, and scripts/boundaries that reduce friction at home and work. My goal is that you feel confident running your own toolkit—knowing what works for you and how to keep progress going.
