Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults and teenagers with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, and trauma. I believe that everyone has a purpose. Every journey is unique and comes with challenges, and therapy is a great way to help you along your journey. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I use these approaches to help clients better understand their experiences, process difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for navigating everyday challenges. My approach is active and hands-on, giving you strategies you can use both inside and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to incorporate practices such as mindfulness, coping skills, and other practical strategies that support your growth and well-being. I believe therapy should be flexible and personalized, allowing us to focus on what feels most helpful and relevant to you.

Your goals and progress are always at the center of our work together. We’ll identify the challenges you’re facing, build on your existing strengths, and develop strategies that help you navigate difficult moments more effectively. My goal is to help you gain practical tools, greater self-awareness, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
