Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Idaho and Utah. I have been practicing for 5+ years and am very passionate about my work. I have had great success working with depression, anxiety, and self esteem issues from men and women alike. I enjoy working with couples as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that therapy can be a positive and approachable experience. My style is relaxed and supportive, allowing you to feel at ease as we navigate your journey together. Think of me as your teammate, cheering you on as you strive for meaningful change. We'll share moments of laughter and tears, and I won't shy away from providing the honest and direct feedback you may need to hear. I view therapy as a partnership, where both therapist and client work collaboratively to promote growth and understanding. Together, we can create an environment that empowers you to explore, reflect, and thrive.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away healthy perspectives and confidence to change from sessions with me as I will work to instill these qualities each time.
