Great to meet you!

Welcome. I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for over 17 years. I grew up in Idaho and received my Master's in Counseling from Boise State University. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe every person has a unique story, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor counseling to meet your individual needs, goals, and experiences. I value authenticity and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself. Together, we'll identify patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply want to develop healthier ways of thinking and coping, I am committed to helping you build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll ask questions about what brings you to counseling, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to accomplish through counseling. We'll work together to establish goals and you'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the counseling process. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of how we can work together moving forward.
