I work from a foundation of warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based practice. Using ERP, we will do the hard but powerful work of exposure. With CBT, we will untangle thought patterns. Through ACT, we will figure out how your core values can guide you even when the anxiety is thick. I also use mindfulness and self-compassion to help you face discomfort without giving up on your goals. You are not alone in this. My job is to walk alongside you, teach tools, offer support, and help you build confidence in your ability to handle uncertainty.
