Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Clients often tell me they appreciate feeling understood while also gaining clear direction and tools. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and begin making meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, acceptance-based approaches, behavioral activation, and EMDR. We work together to understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing strategies you can use in everyday life. I balance creating a safe space with helping you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, your experiences, and what you hope to get out of our work together. We’ll begin identifying patterns and, if helpful, discuss initial goals or small steps forward. It’s also a chance for you to see if I feel like a good fit.
