My approach to therapy

To ensure my clients receive quality mental health care, the approaches I incorporate in my client care include Holistic approaches, Person-centered care, Evidence-based practice, showing empathy and compassion, use of collaborative approaches, strength-based perspective, being culturally competent, providing advocacy and educating clients about their mental health conditions and ways to improve them.

I expect my clients to receive accurate diagnoses of their condition, a treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs, the right medication/therapy to treat their conditions, education and support, monitoring and follow-up of their treatment response, and empowerment.
