Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming — and sometimes the weight of anxiety, depression, or past trauma can make it hard to see a way forward. I'm here to help you make sense of what you're carrying and find a path toward feeling more like yourself again.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience supporting adults through some of life's most difficult moments. Over the past 3.5 years as an independently licensed therapist, I've had the privilege of walking alongside clients navigating anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices — evidence-backed tools that I tailor to fit you, not the other way around.

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and safe. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I'm committed to creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment.

My approach to therapy

In session, you can expect a conversational, collaborative space where you set the direction. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — your needs, your pace, and your goals shape how we work together. Clients have described me as warm, humorous, and understanding, and I think a little lightness goes a long way in the therapy room. Doing deep work doesn't have to mean it's always heavy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will feel more like a conversation than an interview. I'll ask some questions along the way to help fill in my understanding of who you are and what's brought you to therapy, but there's no rigid script — we'll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My main focus in that first meeting is simple: getting to know you. I want to understand your goals, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and what's been getting in the way. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave feeling heard and with a sense that this is a safe space to do the work.

You don't need to have it all figured out before we meet. Just show up — that's enough.
