Great to meet you!

My experiences range from crisis, trauma, depression, anxiety and the stresses of life that impact you. With over two decades of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked in both clinical and leadership roles. Since 2005, I’ve helped individuals navigate life’s challenges—from acute crises to long-term healing. For 14 years, I directed mental health services at a major hospital in Baltimore City, and over the past four years, I’ve provided private therapy to adults, couples, and adolescents. My approach is rooted in partnership, compassion, and a commitment to helping clients move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I offer individual and couples therapy for adults and adolescents. My areas of focus include relationship challenges, stress, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and addiction. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and have experience working with high-profile individuals and executives, always prioritizing discretion and confidentiality.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you in and what you hope to get out of therapy. We'll work together to explore patterns, identify values, and build tools that support real-life change. You don't need to have it all figured out - just a willingness to show up.
