Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker, with a MSW, and BA in music education. While I do general mental health therapy, I have a history of focus in working with trauma, personality disorders, negative self-beliefs, behavior disabilities, and interpersonal issues.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a strengths-based and humanistic approach, utilizing positive psychology, trauma-informed interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods. Clients often tell me that I’m easy to talk to and that I help them feel human during times when they struggle to feel connected to themselves.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you can expect to be empowered and develop a greater sense of self-acceptance as you navigate your challenges with my support. Through my strengths-based and humanistic approach, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, validated, and human, allowing for meaningful conversations and personal exploration. My guidance will facilitate your personal growth, helping you move toward greater clarity and confidence in your life
