I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with a variety of issues including but not limited to school problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have background and training in working with a diverse population of individuals across a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient and school settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy involves creating a safe and supportive space where clients can freely express their concerns while being met with respect and empathy. My approach is a collaborative one. My training is primarily in Cognitive Behavioral therapies.

During our first session, you can expect me to ask questions getting to know you including your likes and interests. Additionally, we will begin talking about the reasons for why you are entering therapy and what you hope to get out of the experience.
