I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. with over 9 years of experience working with kids, adults and families that have been working through anxiety, depression, and many other various challenges in their lives. I'm passionate about helping others achieve their goals, problem solving, and making sure individuals feel safe.

I am trained in many different modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Multisystemic Therapy (MST).

I will not tell you "what" to do as your therapist, instead we will work as a team focusing on skills to help you start making progress in your life.
