Great to meet you!

Are you used to carrying everything on your own, but wishing you had somewhere you could finally put it down? I work with teens and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. You might be someone who overthinks, feels things deeply, or struggles to set boundaries in relationships.

In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can show up as you are—without pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and grounded. We’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface while also building tools you can use in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I draw from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while keeping our work grounded in a client-centered, strengths-based approach. Together, we’ll make sense of your patterns, build practical tools, and help you feel more confident navigating your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, honest, and supportive. I’m not here to judge or “fix” you—I’m here to help you understand yourself better and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
