Great to meet you!

Life can look completely fine from the outside while feeling really difficult on the inside.

You may be managing work, school, relationships, parenting, or the expectations of everyone around you while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or life transitions. Maybe you’re used to being the person others rely on, but you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to keep carrying everything on your own. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to do that alone.

I work with adolescents and adults who are looking for a space to slow down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, supported, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and build practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I draw from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while keeping our work grounded in a client-centered, strengths-based approach. Together, we’ll make sense of your patterns, build practical tools, and help you feel more confident navigating your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, honest, and supportive. I’m not here to judge or “fix” you—I’m here to help you understand yourself better and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
