Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Addison, a licensed mental health therapist with over 2 years of experience. I am a compassionate, energetic therapist who truly believes that growth can happen in a space that feels both safe and uplifting. I focus on helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, OCD, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions with practical tools and real support. My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I aim to help clients feel comfortable being fully themselves in session. I blend evidence-based strategies with humor, creativity, and a down-to-earth approach that makes therapy feel approachable and empowering. My goal for every client is to leave feeling more confident, capable and hopeful about where they are headed.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, engaging, and rooted in both evidence and empathy. I focus on building a strong relationship first, because real change happens when you feel understood and supported. I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure work when appropriate, and nervous system regulation skills that are delivered in a way that feels relatable and practical. I believe therapy should be an active, empowering process, tailored to each client, where we celebrate wins, problem-solve challenges, and build tools to use in everyday life. Above all, I meet clients where they are while holding a hopeful vision for where they can go.

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, you can expect a welcoming, upbeat, and supportive space. I bring warmth, positive energy and a sense of hope into a room because I truly believe progress is possible. We will begin cultivating a positive rapport, discuss what has brought you in, identify barriers and challenges, and uncover your personal goals, all while feeling heard and supported. I'll ask meaningful questions, share insights along the way, and always provide a safe space for your thoughts, feelings and questions without judgement. Most importantly, you'll leave feeling understood and confident that we have a clear and hopeful path forward together.
