Great to meet you!

Faith and healing are meant to walk together. As a Christian counselor, I help individuals who are seeking both clinical support and spiritual alignment—guiding them through anxiety, depression, substance use, and life’s difficult transitions while integrating faith into the healing and decision-making process. Whether you’re trying to break unhealthy patterns, rebuild your confidence, find peace through anxiety, or make decisions from a place of faith rather than fear, you don’t have to leave your faith at the door.

My approach combines evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with person-centered, strengths-based techniques and a Christ-centered perspective. I believe lasting healing can grow through both sound clinical care and a relationship with God. For those who are open to it, sessions may include prayer and faith-based reflection as part of the healing journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience in behavioral health, including work in inpatient recovery settings supporting individuals overcoming substance use and related challenges. I work best with individuals who are open to growth, ready to explore their experiences, and committed to meaningful change.

What I value most about this work is creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where people can rediscover hope, strength, clarity, and purpose. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you move forward with greater peace, confidence, and steady ground rooted in faith.

Your first session is simply a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and how I can support you in the process. You’ll also have space to ask questions and determine if we’re a good fit. If you’re ready to pursue healing with both clinical support and Christ at the center, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with person-centered and strengths-based techniques to support meaningful, lasting change. As a Christian counselor, I specialize in faith-based recovery and work with individuals seeking both clinical support and spiritual alignment—helping them navigate anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions while integrating faith into their healing and decision-making process.

I believe lasting healing can grow through both sound clinical care and a relationship with God. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you move forward with greater peace, purpose, clarity, and steady ground rooted in faith.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a welcoming conversation where we begin exploring your story, what’s been weighing on you, your current challenges, and what you hope to change. We’ll talk through patterns, triggers, and areas where you desire growth, while discussing how my approach—integrating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered techniques and other supportive modalities—can help support your healing and progress.

You’ll also have space to ask questions and determine if we’re a good fit. For those who are open to it, sessions can include prayer and faith-based reflection as part of the healing journey.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling supported, understood, and encouraged about the path ahead. If you’re seeking both clinical support and spiritual alignment, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
