Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, direct, and nonjudgmental prescriber who believes mental health care should help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, not leave you feeling more overwhelmed. I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, overwhelming stress, and substance use. I became a prescriber because I wanted to help people quiet the “crowded mind.” Mental health challenges can make everything feel louder and harder to manage. My goal is to help you understand what may be contributing to how you feel, explore your options, and find a treatment plan that brings more clarity and creates more room for you to live your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical. I won’t judge you or assume there’s a one-size-fits-all answer. We’ll talk openly about your symptoms, history, goals, and what you’ve already tried so we can make thoughtful decisions about your care.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a conversation rather than a checklist. I’ll listen, ask questions, get to know what’s been weighing on you, and begin identifying meaningful next steps. You don’t have to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll start where you are and work from there.
