My practice offers an entire mental wellness experience that goes beyond the medical model of boring checklists and slapping on labels. I use a holistic, integrated approach to wellness which may include inner child work, mindfulness and meditation, somatic release exercises, and/or movement-based therapy.
The underlying philosophy of therapeutic healing I pull from is an understanding that our bodies, brains, and minds are all connected and must be treated from a whole person (holistic) perspective. You will leave with a greater awareness of how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shape your experiences. You will feel cared for, appreciated, encouraged, and empowered!
