Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University, where I specialized in Transpersonal Psychology. My clinical background includes extensive work in outpatient and residential treatment settings, as well as private practice telehealth care.

Many of the clients I support are looking not only to reduce distress, but also to better understand themselves, improve emotional regulation, and create a more grounded and meaningful life.

I provide care through a structured, ethical, and collaborative lens, with a strong focus on clinical clarity, treatment planning, and measurable progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is an integration of evidence-based clinical practices and holistic wellness. I utilize a person-centered framework, meaning I tailor my techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral tools and somatic awareness, to meet your specific diagnostic needs. I am particularly skilled in helping clients develop self-regulation skills to manage the physiological and emotional impacts of stress. This allows us to address both practical symptom relief and deeper patterns related to identity, meaning, and personal growth.

While I maintain a strong clinical focus, I believe that true healing often requires looking beyond symptoms. I incorporate mindfulness and nature-based metaphors to help you find your 'True North.' This means our work is structured and goal-oriented, yet flexible enough to honor your unique personal values and the broader context of your life

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what’s bringing you in. You’re welcome to share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to go into anything before you’re ready.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what feels most important right now, and what you might be hoping for from therapy. Along the way, I may ask some gentle questions to help me understand your experiences more fully, including any current challenges, stressors, and patterns you’ve been noticing.

My approach is both open and grounded. While there’s no rigid agenda, I do hold a steady focus on helping us make sense of what you’re going through and where you’d like to go. Together, we’ll begin to identify what might be helpful—whether that includes practical tools, new perspectives, or simply having a space to process and reflect.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of next steps and how we might work together moving forward. Most importantly, my intention is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and supported.
