Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Adrian and I want to thank you for taking the time to consider me as your therapist. I have over 15 years of experience within the field and have worked with many different populations throughout my career. I believe therapy should be a welcoming experience in which one feels safe, secure and understood. I believe we all go through struggles in life and sometimes an outside source can be what is needed to move forward positively.

I received my degree from the University of Oklahoma, completing a Master of Education with an emphasis in Community Counseling in 2006. I then completed my training as a Licensed Profession Counselor in the OKC metro area.

Feel free to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.

My approach to therapy

I tend to use techniques related to Client Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical focus over the years has centered around anxiety, depression, grief, diversity issues and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My main focus in therapy is for you to feel heard. I aim to meet you where you are in each session and provide a safe space for exploration and healing.
