Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Adriane English, a Maryland-licensed, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. For over a decade, I’ve helped adults who are struggling with challenges like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder find stability, peace, and confidence in their everyday lives.
If you’ve been feeling down, overwhelmed, or just not yourself lately, I want you to know—you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling tired, unmotivated, or stuck, unsure where to start. Together, we take things one step at a time to figure out what’s really going on and build a plan that works for you.
I take a client-centered, evidence-based approach, which means I listen carefully to your story and create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Whether that includes medication, therapy, or lifestyle changes, my goal is to help you feel your best—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Stevenson University (formerly Villa Julie College) and my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about helping you rediscover your strengths, your confidence, and your joy.
If you’re ready to start feeling better and living a more balanced life, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
