I received an undergraduate degree from NC A&T State University in Social Work in 2014. I completed my graduate degree at Winthrop University in 2021. I have 6 years of experience in the Criminal Justice field which included assisting those with mental health challenges. I have experience in DSS and Public Health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize trauma informed care, CBT, deescalation techniques and coping mechanisms. I focus on solution based techniques, as well as Internal Family System. I provide an experience to meet the needs of each individual.
