Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Maryland. I have over 4 years of experience working as a mental health counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma and ADHD. I have also worked with clients who experienced physical, emotional, or sexual abuse.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is person centered. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

I aim to build an environment of respect, sensitivity, compassion, and free of judgment. I believe in creating treatment plans geared specifically to the goals the client desires to work towards and not what I feel they should work on. It is important to me that you feel in charge of your care.
