Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking this courageous step toward support and healing. I’m Adrina Humphrey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker /Therapist. I received my masters degree from University of Texas at Arlington. I have been Licensed therapist for 7 years. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults struggling with addiction, grief, anger management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parent/child conflict, PTSD, and trauma. I look forward to joining you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist I have a deep commitment to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I apply evidence-based approaches, such as CBT and DBT, to address complex emotional and behavioral challenges effectively. My goal is to foster a strong therapeutic alliance and guide clients through self-discovery to empower them to overcome obstacles and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we will begin with brief introductions, followed by a clinical intake to assess the specific challenges you are facing. This process enables me to develop a customized treatment plan that will guide our work together in subsequent sessions.
