Great to meet you!

I’m Aerial, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My background includes working with diverse populations in both clinical and community-based settings, including military-connected individuals and families.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. I value authenticity, compassion, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe each client is the expert on their own life, and I work alongside clients to identify patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I often incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care depending on each client’s unique needs and goals. I focus on helping clients increase self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and develop healthier coping strategies.

I strive to provide a balance of emotional support and practical guidance while helping clients feel validated, challenged, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where we begin getting to know each other. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore current concerns, review relevant background information, and identify goals you would like to work toward.

My goal during the initial session is to help clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard while beginning to build a strong therapeutic connection. Clients do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy — we will work through things together at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
