I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Virginia and Maryland, with experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through crisis, trauma, major life stress, and complex mental health challenges. I’ve worked in hospital, community, and public service settings, helping people navigate acute distress, safety concerns, co-occurring disorders, and difficult transitions with compassion and clarity.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward stability and healing. My work has included crisis intervention, clinical assessment, safety planning, case management, and coordination of care, which helps me support clients with both immediate concerns and longer-term goals.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Towson University. I have over 15 years of experience across crisis services, child and adult protective services, foster care, hospital social work, and family support settings. My background includes specialized training in forensic interviewing, crisis de-escalation, and therapeutic crisis intervention.
