Aileen Siliado

I'm Aileen Siliado, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of nursing experience. I was born and raised on Kaua‘i and hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry. My telemedicine practice focuses on delivering evidence-based, compassionate care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and insomnia. I specialize in medication management and work collaboratively with patients to support their mental wellness and reconnect them with their authentic selves.

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and patient-centered. I focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance, providing a safe space for clients to feel heard and understood. I specialize in medication management for mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and insomnia. My clinical style integrates psychoeducation, self-compassion, and insight-oriented strategies to support long-term emotional wellness. When appropriate, I incorporate brief supportive therapy and always encourage clients to engage in ongoing psychotherapy for deeper work.
