Great to meet you!

Your therapy should be as unique as you are. I’m here to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can process your experiences and story at your own pace and be in the driver's seat. We'll collaborate to find a mix of tools that make sense for your life, pulling from various evidence-based methods (without leaving you in the dark). Mental health is a vital part of overall wellness, and I'm passionate about helping you get the support you deserve. We'll explore your brain's air traffic control system, and figure out how it best manages and sorts information.

I find it incredibly rewarding to witness individuals overcome obstacles, develop new coping strategies, and work toward self-actualization and enhanced self-worth. I consider it a privilege to be a part someone's journey and lived experience.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a compassionate, inquisitive, empathetic, and humanistic lens. My goal is for the therapeutic space to feel welcoming and affirming. I work with adults 19+, specializing in generalized anxiety, social anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD and Autism, PMDD, life with chronic illnesses, and relational challenges. While I see those older than 19, I particularly enjoy working with young adults or those navigating life transitions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I will work to gauge what is most important to you, where you have been, and where you want to be. We will discuss aspects of your personal and treatment histories so that I can build understanding, as well as anything else that would be important (or fun) for me to know! Reach out to book a free, 10-15 minute consultation where we can explore if therapy with me in this virtual setting could be the right fit.
