Great to meet you!

Many challenges we carry stem not only from our own experiences, but from trauma and patterns passed down through generations. I specialize in generational and relational healing, supporting individuals and parents who feel stuck in cycles they want to change. Together, we explore how early attachment experiences and relational trauma live in your body, emotions, and nervous system, shaping your connections today. Therapy is collaborative and exploratory, creating space for insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I help clients claim freedom from the past—understanding how it informs, but does not define you. Using nervous system–informed, psychodynamic, family systems, somatic, and parts-based work, we uncover inner patterns, strengthen coping skills, and deepen insight.

What you can expect from me

“What we can see, feel, and identify, we can begin to transform and heal.” I walk alongside you with empathy, at a pace that feels safe and right for you. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover what matters most, and create space to heal, grow, and reconnect—with yourself and the people who matter most.
