Great to meet you!

I'm Aisha! I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I take a holistic approach to care — meaning I see and treat you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I believe most people don't find it easy to talk about their mental health, so if you've taken the step to reach out, I want you to know I'm fully committed to meeting you where you are and helping you through whatever you're facing. When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with friends or enjoying some quiet time to recharge — which helps me bring my best self to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in listening — truly listening. I've found that when I take the time to really hear what a patient is experiencing, I'm better equipped to understand what's going on and provide the right support. I treat every person holistically, recognizing that mental health is connected to every part of your life. I meet clients where they are, without judgment, and work alongside them to help them rediscover themselves and get back to the things they love. Many of the clients I work with come to me feeling helpless, anxious, or like they're just not themselves anymore — withdrawing from activities they used to enjoy, noticing shifts in their mood, and not quite knowing why. My goal is to help you make sense of those feelings and find a path forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll spend most of the time listening to you — getting to know your story, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to get out of care. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before you come in. My goal is for you to leave that first appointment feeling heard and understood, with a sense that you're in a supportive space. From there, we'll work together to build a plan that fits your needs and helps you start feeling like yourself again.
