Great to meet you!

On the outside, it may look like you have it all together. You show up for work, meet deadlines, care for others, and keep pushing forward. Yet beneath the surface, you may be exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or wondering how much longer you can sustain the pace. Many of the professionals I work with are successful by most standards but privately struggling with burnout, loneliness, stress, relationship challenges, and the pressure of carrying responsibilities for everyone around them.

I help high-achieving professionals slow down long enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we identify the patterns contributing to burnout, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, and disconnection. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I create a calm, non-judgmental environment while also providing concrete strategies they can immediately apply to their lives.

I believe healing is not just about reducing symptoms—it is about creating a life that feels sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are. Whether you're navigating workplace stress, leadership fatigue, relationship difficulties, career transitions, anxiety, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you regain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of balance

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy that recognizes the connection between our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to move at a pace that feels right for you.

My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, these approaches help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and internal patterns while developing practical skills for managing stress, improving relationships, and creating meaningful change.

I specialize in working with professionals experiencing burnout, chronic stress, workplace challenges, relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety, and loneliness. My goal is not only to help you understand why you are struggling, but also to provide practical tools that support emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, relationships, work-related stressors, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through the therapeutic process.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. During our first session, I will help you identify the challenges you are facing, explore the factors contributing to those challenges, and begin clarifying goals for our work together.

You can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you do not have to have all the answers. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and leave with a clearer understanding of your next steps. Together, we will create a plan that supports your growth, wellbeing, and ability to build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and sustainable.
