Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate therapist who truly believes in meeting people where they are. I care deeply about supporting Black women, people of color, and adults from all backgrounds as they work through life’s challenges and reconnect with who they want to be.

In therapy, I offer a space where you can feel understood, respected, and supported—not judged. My goal is to walk with you as you heal old wounds, strengthen your relationships, build confidence, and move toward the life you want. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. I’m here to help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I use integrative, evidence-based therapies to support clients in processing painful experiences, strengthening relationships, enhancing communication & boundaries, and building healthier responses to life’s challenges. My work focuses on helping you understand the patterns that are holding you back and develop practical tools you can use every day. My goal is to help you gain clarity, make meaningful progress toward your personal goals, and feel more grounded, confident, and steady in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with practical tools they can use right away and a clearer understanding of themselves. In our first meeting, we’ll take time to talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and what support you need. Together, we’ll start to clarify your goals and identify the steps that will help you move forward.

Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating stress, or addressing relationship concerns, my sessions are designed to help you feel heard, validated, and supported. You can expect a calm, welcoming space where you feel safe to open up—and where you leave feeling more grounded and prepared to make meaningful progress.
