Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in adults experiencing chronic and acute illness as well as caregivers of loved ones with medical conditions. I’ve worked in various medical settings, including primary care, solid organ transplant, bone marrow transplant, pain, oncology, and bariatric surgery clinics. I have specialized experience working with cancer patients and caregivers across the cancer care continuum (diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life).

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on connecting with my clients by understanding the different lived experiences that may arise from managing an illness/medical condition. I take a collaborative approach by working with my clients to find ways to thrive/ find meaning in life while acknowledging the challenges of living with a medical condition.

What you can expect from me

I believe it is important to meet my clients' learning styles so that they can fully connect what is discussed in the session. If my clients have previously seen a mental health provider, I want to hear what worked and what did not work so we can continue to find ways to optimize our work together.
