Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Alaina, LCSW, LCASA, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to work with you. I hold a BAAS in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Social Work from Baylor University. I am trained in CBT, DBT, CPT, substance use, and grief treatment. I bring an evidence-based approach to care while providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to grow and heal.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every person carries the inner strength to reclaim their life, no matter how complex or painful their experiences may be. In our work together, my goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself and fostering a deeper sense of healing and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, you can expect me to be curious, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth. During our first session, we’ll explore the goals you have in mind and the challenges that brought you to therapy. Once your goals are clear, I’ll begin offering practical tools and skills you can start using in your daily life. Together, we’ll work to build a personalized toolbox that supports your well-being and empowers lasting change.
