Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or major life transitions begin affecting how you think, feel, and function. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer work, struggle with emotional regulation, or feel disconnected from direction and purpose. I work with adolescents (14+) and adults experiencing mood disorders, personality-related concerns, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring difficulties. If you're ready to understand what's keeping you stuck and actively engage in change, therapy can help you build clarity, stability, and a more intentional way forward.

My approach to therapy

My work is guided by Behaviorally Anchored Integrative Therapy (BAIT). This approach identifies patterns across thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and environment, then integrates CBT, ACT, CPT, MI, BA, and IPT to match each stage of treatment. The focus is practical skill-building and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially if you've been managing things alone. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting. I offer a calm, collaborative space to understand what's keeping you stuck and build practical strategies for change. When you're ready, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
