Great to meet you!

You deserve a therapist who can work collaboratively with you and empower you to become who you want to be. I work with individuals and couples—especially LGBTQ+ clients—who want to reduce anxiety, depression, and improve relationships. I believe you have the strengths and skills within you to overcome the challenges you face,

Life can be challenging at times. Albert Camus says, “In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.” I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing, and I will be honored to walk that journey with you. If this resonates with you, please feel free to reach out to me for a free consultation.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, skills building, and mindfulness in my practice. In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and what your goals are. We will find the most appropriate ways to help you achieve those goals. These techniques will help you to be more mindful of your thoughts, how they impact your emotions, and find ways to build the skills you need.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be to discuss what brings you to therapy and your goals. We will explore what this journey might look like. The most important part is listening to you and understanding your goals. I want to make sure we are a good match for this journey of exploration and healing.
