Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina with several years of experience working with adolescents and adults in community, school, and private practice settings. I earned my Master of Social Work from North Carolina Central University. Since middle school, I've known that I wanted to serve and walk alongside others as they experience the ebbs and flows of life. As a mother, I understand that providing a safe and nurturing environment is key to growth and healing. I strive to create a collaborative and welcoming space where I integrate faith and evidence-based practices to guide you toward truth, healing, and your God-given purpose.

My approach to therapy

I compassionately ask challenging questions to help you understand and identify the underlying causes of unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. By identifying the root of what you're experiencing, you can move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin the healing process. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a nonjudgmental environment where we get to know one another. I strive to help you feel heard and do my best to gain clarity about your situation. Together, we can work toward healing, achieve your goals, and become who you were created to be!
