Great to meet you!

I approach each person uniquely, based on their own strengths and needs. I use a collaborative approach, and am solution-focused. I am affirming and open-minded, and have worked with clients with a wide range of backgrounds and presenting concerns. I am warm and laid-back, and utilize humor when appropriate but am not afraid to challenge my clients to embrace their best selves. I believe in a holistic, whole-person centered approach and believe all areas of our lives should be considered when looking at a person's quality of life. I embrace working with all clients, but am particularly passionate about serving my LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are. I enjoy introducing clients to new strategies that may benefit them, but am not attached to utilizing only one specific modality.

What you can expect from me

I work with my clients to create specific, measurable, achievable, time-bound, and relevant goals. I often include "homework", through various formats that are most digestible to the client, including art, music, video, reading, and interactive and reflective exercises.
