Great to meet you!

I am here to support you by working with you in a space that takes shape around your needs and voice. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process where you bring your experiences and I bring presence, tools, and care so that together we can create a path toward growth and healing. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Spain and have worked both there and in the United States, where I have built the majority of my professional experience. With more than 12 years of continuing education and practice, I bring both depth and flexibility to the work we do. My multicultural background also allows me to integrate different perspectives and approaches, honoring the many ways people process and find meaning.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to each person. I draw from CBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, grief and trauma models, mindfulness practices, and active listening. I believe in balancing gentleness with directness—creating a space that feels safe while also encouraging the challenges necessary for growth. I follow your readiness, while also introducing what may be needed to help us move toward the goals we set together.

What you can expect from me

I work with people navigating different kinds of grief, including bereavement and migratory grief, as well as challenges connected to cultural transitions, chronic pain, identity exploration, fertility and postpartum mental health, family dynamics, and times when life feels uncertain or confusing. In our sessions, you can expect collaboration, support, and opportunities to gain both practical tools and new insights. My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded and connected to yourself, with greater inner strength and an inner sense of safety and peace.
