Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood from the very beginning. Clients often describe me as calm, steady, and easy to talk to, and I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of community, justice-involved, and behavioral health settings, giving me a broad understanding of the many personal, social, and environmental factors that shape each individual's experiences. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in building the tools, insight, and confidence needed to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in helping you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a clear, practical way. I use an eclectic blend of evidence‐based therapies—including CBT, ACT, Prolonged Exposure, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing—to support meaningful, lasting change. Each session is tailored to your goals and comfort level, with a focus on building skills you can use in everyday life. I aim to create a steady, supportive space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask gentle, straightforward questions to better understand your goals, your history, and what you’d like to see change in your life, while making sure you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

We’ll work together to begin creating a plan that feels manageable, realistic, and aligned with your needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction and what moving forward in therapy can look like.
