Great to meet you!
With over 15 years of experience in social services and mental health, I am passionately dedicated to providing client-centered care. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, ensuring that each client’s unique needs and preferences guide our work together. I incorporate strength-based and solution-focused interventions to empower clients and help them create meaningful, lasting change. Through psychoeducation, I strive to enhance understanding and build confidence in each person’s ability to overcome challenges. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Bioethics Specialization from Michigan State University, and my professional background includes working in tribal government and non-profits focused on child welfare and family preservation.
