Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Aleasha, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and founder of Amazing Space Counseling. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, steady space where you can slow down, process honestly, and build practical tools for everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotional regulation strategies, and communication skills development. For clients who desire it, I also integrate faith-based perspectives into our work.

What you can expect from me

I have a special interest in helping individuals strengthen relationships, manage anxious or negative thought patterns, process grief, and develop healthier ways to respond to stress. With children and families, I focus on emotional awareness, behavioral regulation, and building strong communication patterns at home.

My goal is to help you feel more confident, more grounded, and better equipped to handle whatever season you’re in.
