Great to meet you!

Dr. Dawkins has over twenty years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and professionals through life's challenges and transitions. With a deep passion for helping others discover and embrace their most authentic selves, she specializes in therapeutic and coaching strategies to help individuals unlock their full potential beyond current stressors and barriers. Her work focuses on guiding clients through crises, evaluating their management and coping strategies while encouraging them to develop new ones that lead to personal and professional growth, empowering them to live intentionally and align with their true purpose.

Dr. Dawkins' dual calling is to serve and motivate others to realize their potential, while holding themselves accountable for their choices—both positive and negative. She leverages her experience to support adolescent girls, married couples, and initiatives focused on Black maternal health and infant loss. She believes the most rewarding aspect of her work is witnessing the resilience of the human spirit as it perseveres, transforms, and thrives into its best self.
