Great to meet you!

Hello! I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I also specialize in sex therapy and I am currently working to become an AASECT certified Sex Therapist. As a sex therapist, we can discuss sexuality and sex-related topics, such as sexual identity exploration, pornography use, arousal difficulty, shame around sex, kink/fetishes, and navigating open relationships. I am LQBT/Queer friendly, kink, poly, and CNM affirming.

Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, stuck in distressing thoughts, emotions, or relationship patterns. Maybe you're struggling with racing thoughts, panic, low motivation, irritability, difficulty concentrating, conflict in relationships, or feeling “on edge” more often than not. Or maybe you're wanting to reignite that spark of life you've always had, but have been told over and over again, "you're not good enough."

I am committed to working with all races and sexualities. My sessions are a safe space. My goal is to provide a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin building tools that actually work in your daily life. Whether you’re facing stress at work, challenges in communication or emotional regulation, difficulties with your sex life, or long-standing patterns that keep resurfacing, we will work together to create meaningful and lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel more steady, confident, and in control.

Please Note: I am licensed in both Maryland and Colorado; I reside in Maryland

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, structured, and solution-focused. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed techniques to help clients understand how their thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses are connected. Together, we identify patterns contributing to anxiety, depressive symptoms, relationship conflict, or other challenges like impulsivity. difficulty with focus, or sexual health needs.

I believe therapy should be both supportive and goal-oriented. We’ll work on building coping skills to manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and develop healthier boundaries. My aim is not only symptom relief but sustainable growth — helping you respond to life’s challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll complete an assessment to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll explore current concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, relationship difficulties, or attention and focus challenges, and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress. After that first session we will create a treatment plan that acts as the road map for our time together.

You can expect a calm, respectful, and structured environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and outline a practical treatment plan designed to support steady progress. My intention is for you to leave the first session feeling validated, supported, and confident that you’re taking a meaningful step toward change.
